LRD2100 Basic Setup Instructions (1:51)
This basic setup will work for nearly all labels (except those with metallic or high-carbon materials or inks). If the label is very small or the gap is exceptionally small, the gain may have to be increased by turning GAIN clockwise. The ZERO will not have to be adjusted.

Summary
The LRD2100 Label Sensor is easy to setup and very stable. Once setup, the “Zero” never needs adjustment. The sensor needs very little adjustment for new label stock.
